Hi, I'm Oscar.

I'm a Fractional AI Consultant + Tech Executive.

I help CEOs turn AI ideas into clear, high-ROI business initiatives.

I work at the intersection of technology, operations, and execution, bridging the gap between “we should be using AI” to “AI is delivering measurable results.”

If you’re convinced AI matters but don’t know where to start (or what’s actually worth pursuing) you’re in the right place.

The Problem

You already know AI can improve your business. That’s not the question anymore.

You’ve seen competitors automate workflows, cut costs, move faster, and make better decisions. You’re convinced there’s value.

But conviction isn’t the same as execution.

What’s actually holding you back is this:

  • You don’t know where to start

  • You don’t know which ideas are viable vs. hype

  • You don’t know how to turn AI experiments into measurable business results

  • And you definitely don’t want to waste time or money chasing tools that won’t deliver ROI

Most companies stall here. Not because AI is hard—but because there’s no clear bridge between ideas and outcomes.

That’s the gap I fill.

My role is to deeply understand your business, pressure-test your AI ideas, and tell you (clearly and honestly) what’s worth pursuing, what’s premature, and what will actually move the needle.

No guesswork. No demos for the sake of demos. Just AI initiatives tied directly to business impact.

If you want clarity instead of noise, that’s the conversation we should be having.

Case Studies

Accounting Firm - Scottsdale, AZ

When a new client onboarded the accounting firm, the accountants were wasting valuable time understanding the business status.

Senior CPAs were spending hours during client onboarding reading through new client docs.

I helped build an AI-enabled intake system that handled the document intake and generated structured summaries for review by the CPA.

Accountants showed up to engagements better prepared and saved 10 hours per new client onboard. The business was onboarding 15-20 clients monthly. At $250/hr per Senior CPA, the company saves about $500,000 per year.

A Mortgage Broker wanted to automate borrower document gathering that took time away from humans and provoked deals to fall through. On average, 6-8 deals fell through each month due to property closing dates. Each deal represented on average $8,000 in commissions.

I redesigned their borrower document intake process with UX and an AI-assisted document verifier. Now loans move to underwriting in a third of the time, closing faster, and fewer deals fall apart due to delays.

Each loan officer saved 4 hours per new loan and had the peace of mind that their deals would not fall through. The company fixed a leak of over $500,000 in commissions.

Multi-Location Auto Dealership wanted to automate their sales operations to reduce their sales force from an 8-person team down to 1 per location. Their goal was to provide a self-service sales experience like Carvana.

When they brought me in, I mapped out the entire workflow, identified tools we needed to integrate with, created UX and UI for the app, and assessed where AI was valuable in the process.

This initiative would save the business an average of $100,000 per sales person in payroll/commissions, increasing the profit by $700,000+ per year.

My Process

Step 1: AI Assessment + Roadmap

In the first 30 days, we work closely to understand:

  • How your core business operates (processes and people)
  • Identify problems and opportunities where AI can give you leverage
  • Assess if your processes and team ready for AI

The outcome of the assessment is a complete AI Roadmap that gives you:

  • Clarity — See your entire core business operations flow on one page
  • Identification — Know where in your core business operations you have real AI opportunities
  • Plan — What’s worth pursuing now, and what’s not ready yet (and how to fix first)
  • Roadmap — Ranked initiatives with clear and measurable ROI and lowest risk to your business.

Some businesses leave with a green light to implement.

Some leave with a “not yet” and a clear plan to get ready.

Both outcomes save you from expensive mistakes.

Once we have a roadmap, we start implementing initiatives one by one.

We start with a 1-3 well-chosen initiatives that have the maximum ROI with the lowest risk and the least impact on team members’ time and build an implementation project plan.

I work on agile sprints to deliver projects every 30-90 days.

AI is not something you set-and-forget.

Wherever the AI is implemented, there must be a human overseeing it for quality and control. Think of it as the manager of the AI.

As we implement initiatives, we also work with the people or team who will oversee the AI to give them full training on how to improve and troubleshoot.

This is important so you’re not always dependent on an AI expert to adjust your business processes.
